Controller and purposes
Golf And Rocket SARL AU uses data to respond to OvoCall inquiries, manage accounts, deliver services, provide support and track payment declarations. For data-related requests: hello@ovocall.com.
Data and access
We collect professional contact details, project settings, support conversations and information needed to reconcile payments. Passwords are salted and hashed; the team cannot read them. Access is limited by role and service need. Do not submit patient data.
Hosting and providers
The website and its database are hosted on Golf And Rocket SARL AU’s VPS at OVHcloud. The team receives new requests. Your account email is used for confirmation and recovery. Once confirmed, it receives updates about your projects, messages and transfers. The guide processes questions on this server. Calendly loads at your request and WhatsApp links open the external service.
Retention and rights
Project and support data are kept during the service relationship, then reviewed for deletion or archiving under applicable obligations. Analytics expire after 90 days. You can request access, correction or deletion at hello@ovocall.com; some records may need retention for legal obligations or a dispute. Required formalities and additional information will be checked with the controller before commercial launch.
