Terms of sale
Version of 30 October 2026 — contractual details completed in the quote before any sale.
1. Seller and contact
OvoCall is a service offered by Golf And Rocket SARL AU. Contact: hello@ovocall.com, +212 661 282 339. Registered address, registration and tax identifiers will be provided on the quote and invoice before any sale.
2. Who the service is for
The service supports healthcare professionals and therapists with professional communication. Clients remain responsible for their right to practise, accurate qualifications and approval of practice-related content. OvoCall provides no healthcare services.
3. Plan and pricing
The website and identity package costs 1,490 MAD excluding tax per year. The subscription starts at 499 MAD excluding tax per month from month one: 1,989 MAD initially and 7,478 MAD over twelve months, excluding options. It includes the website, an available standard domain, logo, business card, up to three languages, three launch articles, one monthly article, two weekly posts, maintenance and the AI navigation assistant after configuration.
4. Request, quote and acceptance
The simulator and forms record a request without charging or creating a payment obligation. The team checks scope, domain, languages, options and practice information. A quote specifies taxes, deliverables, timelines, payment dates and agreed conditions. A commercial order becomes binding only after acceptance of that quote.
5. Payment and records
GOLF AND ROCKET bank details are available in the member space. A declared transfer remains pending until the team checks it. A declaration is neither confirmation of funds received nor an invoice. Options and amounts are recalculated before approval; changes to an active project require agreement on their impact and effective date.
6. Domain, email and external services
The domain is intended to be registered in the professional’s name, subject to availability and registry terms. Clients choose a domain email or their existing email, including Gmail. Any mailbox, licence or third-party service costs are specified before activation. Calendly, Google Meet, WhatsApp and Meta remain subject to their providers’ terms.
7. Content, advertising and AI
Content is prepared for professional approval. The introductory campaign includes 250 MAD of ad delivery in the first year. Optional promotion fees cover both management and delivery, not solely spending paid to Meta. No Google ranking, appointment volume or business outcome is guaranteed. The AI assistant is restricted to approved practical information; it does not diagnose or replace a healthcare professional.
8. Duration, renewal and ending service
The website package is annual and support is monthly. The accepted quote specifies dates, renewal, termination and handover terms. A simulation alone imposes no renewal, penalty or additional minimum term. Suspension or termination requests can be made through support or hello@ovocall.com. Any amount due and mandatory rights are assessed under the contract and applicable law.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Send complaints to hello@ovocall.com with the project reference. The parties first seek an amicable resolution. Moroccan law applies, subject to mandatory provisions and client rights where applicable. These terms do not restrict legal rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
